Customer Service Specialist

As a Customer Service Specialist in our retail stores, you’ll be the key component in the sale of merchandise, products and services. Your people skills will be put to the test, as you identify customer needs and assist with the selection of products and services that provide the smartest solutions.
A Department Manager job at Office Depot puts you in a supervisory role, as you manage a specific department within the store. Whether it’s Sales, Services or Operations, you’ll promote customer satisfaction, drive sales and strive to provide smart solutions. In addition, you’ll also perform manager-on-duty functions, such as the opening and closing of the store.
